Taking an evening walk after dinner with your kids could keep your whole family healthier.

If you keep trying out different exercises and different times, eventually you will find combinations that feel completely natural. Those are the ones that you are likely to keep.

I have seen family outings that fit the parents and the kids become lasting ways to stay fit. Camping, fishing, hiking, sailing, and skiing are all great exercise outlets that can leave a trail of great memories.
